ACRYLIC SEALANTS

Product Description:

Normal mastic is an one part acrylic sealant.

Properties:

* Very easy application.

* Form  permanently  water repellent layer after curing.

* Resistant to air conditions, stay elastic a long time after curing.

* Paintable,  contains no oil and does not effect on surface which is used acrylic

sealant.

* Tack free time                      : 15-60 min. ( 23⁰C,  % 50 humidity )

* Completely dry time            : 24 hour ( 23⁰C , %50 humidity )

* Ph                                         : 7,5-9

* Volume shrinkage                : %29

* Weight loss                          : %18

* Elongation                             : >%100

* Modulus 100 % elongation      : ≥0,20Mpa

* Max. tensile strenght              : ≥ 0,30Mpa

* Tensile strenght                     : ≥ 0,10Mpa

*Volatile Organic Compounds      : < 0,0001g/l

Applications.

* Expanding fuga between prefabricate construction element.

* Assembly wood, PVC, iron and aliminium joinery.

* Joints in stone, wood, concerete, plaster and brick works etc.

* Sealing of window and door frame to masonry

Packing:

Cartridges of 300 ml , buckets of 5, 10, 25 and 300 kg.

Colors:

* White, black, grey, Brown, Golden oak, Champagne, Dark grey,Chedar.

Shelf life:

12 month in unopened packing in a cool, dry, storage place at temperatures between +5⁰C and +25^0C

Caution:

Keep out of freezing. Keep out of reach of children.

All tests with elongation and tensile strenght are made under the conditions of ASTM

D 412 C.
