Product Description:

T.Seal 7100.   is an one component acetoxy based silicone sealant.

Properties:

* Very easy application.

* Permanent colors.

* UV resistant.

* Antibacterial

* Stay permanently elastic after curing.

* High and low temperature resistance.

* No odor after curing.

Technical properties:

* Specific gravity                 : 0.94±1,00 g/cm³

* Application rate                 : 400 g/min. (3,2 mm orifice, 6,3 Bar )

* Tack free time                    : 15 min. (23⁰C , %50 humidity)

* Application temperature    : +5 / +40 ⁰C

* Hardness, Shore A             : 20

* Elongation at break, %       : 450

* Tensile strenght                  : 2.3 MPa

Applications.

• Excellent adhesion to a variety of nonporous substrates such as ,

glazed ceramic tiles and alumınıum.

Packing:

Cartridges.

Colors:

Transparent, white

Shelf life:

12 month in unopened packing in a cool, dry, storage place at temperatures between +5  ⁰C and  +25 ⁰C.

Caution:

Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with skin. Use only in well ventilated areas. Irritating to eyes. Don’t use in aquariums.
